The job holder is responsible for the following activities:  To witness and/or verify all Instrumentation/ICSS system and Package completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor including approval of punch lists.  To supervise all Instrumentation/ICSS Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems. To ensure successful integration of the new equipment or facilities in the Al Shaheen Field. To cover all Operations related topics within projects, including Operability, Reliability and Maintainability are adequately addressed within the Design and Construction of the facilities. JOB DESCRIPTION The Al Shaheen Field development involves several new projects that are being executed in parallel over the period of 10 years with CAPEX investment of around 3.5 Billion USD. The Major Projects consist of: Phase 3.9: new WHPs and Central Processing Complex (comprising a Central Production Platform, Riser platform and Flare Tower) bridge linked to the existing B location. Pipelines global network: Existing pipeline(s) replacement for integrity and debottlenecking. The candidate will have to work transversely with the Project Team, the EPICIC Contractor and Field Operations Team and shall have enough experience and operational knowledge to make recommendations to Projects. ACTIVITIES HSEQ responsibilities Ensure that HSE is given the highest priority. Support and enforce the Project HSEQ management system (charters, objectives, directives, plans, procedures, specifications, ...). Actively embed and enforce NOC HSEQ philosophies at all levels of project execution (Project team and Contractors) through pro-active attitude (site tour management, HSEQ meetings, incentives, actions, ...). All these activities shall be executed across several international sites. Projects may require complex interfaces with other entities of NOC. Several projects could be handled in parallel. Position is resident in Doha for a period during Detailed Engineering and working at EPICIC site for Detailed Engineering/Construction phase, Offshore for HUC and start-up.
